Job Title: Scheduling Specialist Job Specifics 0.9 FTE (72 hours bi‑weekly) Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Location: On‑site, Onalaska, WI Department: Primary Care – Scheduling for RN Medicare Annual Wellness (MAW) and vaccine clinic appointments Responsibilities Play a crucial role in ensuring efficient scheduling of appointments for our patients, supporting patient care in a fast‑paced environment.
