Responsibilities

As a Transfer Agent, you will act as a vital liaison providing superior service to over 200 mutual fund and alternative investment companies and their shareholders. This is a pure service and relationship-building role—there are no sales goals, no cold calling, and you will not give financial advice.

We are seeking detail-oriented, career-minded individuals with a passion for investments who want to showcase their communication talents and build long-lasting professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Shareholder Support: Field inbound inquiries from both retail and institutional-level shareholders regarding account setups, prior transactions, fund objectives, and market performance.
• Transaction Processing: Accurately accept and process telephone transactions, trade requests, and account maintenance items.
• Client Communications: Provide prompt trade activity notifications to internal and external clients while serving as a primary point of contact.
• Financial Translation: Explain investment philosophies, portfolio manager commentaries, and market factors by translating dense "finance language" into simple, easy-to-understand terms for everyday callers.
• Operational Excellence: Strictly follow documented work instructions to ensure 100% accuracy, while actively participating in a culture of continuous improvement and risk-based thinking.
