Maricopa County Human Resources Department is seeking a temporary Benefits Specialist to support Open Enrollment, answer employee questions about benefits and eligibility, and resolve plan discrepancies. The role requires four years of benefits administration experience, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with Workday or other HRIS systems; HIPAA training is also required.
