CNC Maintenance Technician

A leading manufacturing company is hiring a CNC Maintenance Technician to join their team. Located on-site in Sussex, WI, the role involves working on 1st shift (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM). This Temp to Perm position offers an opportunity to contribute to equipment reliability and facility maintenance.

CNC Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair CNC lathes and machining centers, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and document all activities.
Conduct machine tear-downs, rebuilds, and electrical rewiring tasks.
Collaborate with OEMs and vendors to resolve complex equipment issues.
Support general facility maintenance such as HVAC, lighting, and exterior upkeep.

CNC Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
Skilled in reading schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
Experience repairing CNC equipment, especially lathes and machining centers.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
