Position Overview
We are seeking a driven, networked, and technically savvy IT Recruiter to own the full talent lifecycle for both FuntoNetwork and our recruiting clients. This is a hybrid role where you will be responsible for filling our internal consulting positions and managing external recruiting engagements. You will develop deep partnerships with hiring managers, build robust pipelines of qualified candidates, and master the art of matching technical skills with company culture. Success is measured by quality of hire, time-to-fill, client satisfaction scores, and contribution to company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for internal and external roles, from initial intake and job description refinement to sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Strategic Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Utilize advanced techniques on LinkedIn Recruiter , Indeed, GitHub, and niche tech boards to build a sustainable pipeline of passive and active candidates for high-demand roles (Cybersecurity Analysts, Cloud Engineers, DevOps, Developers, etc.).
- Client Partnership (External Recruiting): Serve as the primary point of contact for clients who have engaged our IT Recruiting service. Conduct thorough intake sessions to understand technical needs, team dynamics, and cultural fit. Provide regular updates and market insights.
- Candidate Experience Champion: Create a positive, professional, and engaging candidate journey for every applicant, ensuring FuntoNetwork is viewed as an employer and partner of choice in the competitive tech market.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of IT salary trends, in-demand skills, and competitive landscapes in key markets. Advise internal leadership and external clients on realistic hiring expectations and compensation benchmarks.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to our employer brand by crafting compelling job descriptions, promoting our culture on social media, and representing FuntoNetwork at virtual or local career fairs and networking events.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics (source of hire, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate satisfaction). Provide regular reports to management and recruiting clients on search progress and outcomes.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably within an IT Staffing Agency, Managed Service Provider (MSP), or a corporate tech environment.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in filling a variety of IT roles, from infrastructure and support to development and cybersecurity. Must be able to provide examples of successful placements.
- Technical Aptitude: Must possess a strong understanding of common IT roles, required skill sets, and certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, AWS). Ability to have informed conversations with technical candidates and hiring managers.
- Tools Proficiency: High proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and other sourcing databases. Experience with CRM platforms is a plus.
- Sales & Relationship Skills: This role is part sales, part service. Must be a persuasive communicator, adept at building trust with clients and candidates, and skilled at closing offers.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage a dual-focus pipeline, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
