Business Litigation Attorney

Position The Louisville, Kentucky office of FBT Gibbons is seeking a Business Litigation Attorney. Qualifications 6+ years of litigation experience Substantial experience with written discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings and substantive motions Experience handling court appearances and depositions, and assisting at mediations, trials and arbitrations Superior academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills Strong ability to work collaboratively and lead teams Willingness to reside and serve the Louisville, Kentucky market Compensation The salary range for this role is $190,000 to $220,000, reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job‑related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.
