This position will be responsible for paint robot programming, paint process optimization, troubleshooting production issues, supporting new product launches, and driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and equipment performance.Responsibilities:Program and support paint robots to ensure optimal performance and process consistency. Monitor, stabilize, and optimize paint processes to improve quality and reduce scrap. Support paint line, equipment, and new product launch activities. Test and validate process improvements, equipment modifications, and technical solutions.Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve production and process-related challenges. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and industry experience. Minimum 5 years of experience within paint application, paint process engineering, or related manufacturing environments.
