**Required Experience and Skills:** - Competency in sterile field maintenance, Foley catheter insertion, and central line dressing changes (or port-a-cath insertion for ED nurses). - Capability to perform vent procedures and lab draws by ER staff. - Ability to work with Cerner EMR system. - Preparedness to float between multiple ER satellite locations. **Certifications:** - Basic Life Support (BLS) - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) **Preferred Skills:** - Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification preferred but not required. **Clinical Experience:** - Experience in acute care settings, specifically in Emergency Room environments. **Leadership Experience:** - Ability to function as one of only two RNs on staff at satellite locations, indicating a level of independence and leadership in managing ER responsibilities. **Licensure:** - Active nursing license required for submission.
