Our organization is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to join our team in Brooklyn, NY.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all supervisory functions for the designated unit

• Assist in the development and execution of employee policies and procedures

• Guide and mentor junior nurses, providing both clinical and career guidance

• Ensure that care standards are upheld within the unit

• Evaluate Resident records and the quality of care provided

• Supervise overall care and assess individual cases of Residents

• Respond to inquiries or concerns raised by Residents or their families

• Advocate for the unit’s needs with upper management

Qualifications:

• Current and valid State RN License is required

• Preferred: 3 years of experience in Long Term Care

• Preferred: 2 years of experience as a Charge Nurse

• Proficient computer skills are essential

• Strong communication abilities are a must
