Executive Sous Chef

We are currently seeking an Executive Sous Chef to lead our kitchen team, bringing creativity, leadership, and a passion for exceptional dining experiences. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the execution and continual development of the menu, ensuring each dish meets our high standards of quality and innovation. Maintain and refine recipes, manage inventory, and oversee food ordering to ensure efficiency and sustainability. Develop monthly specials that highlight seasonal ingredients and showcase culinary creativity. Curate and lead culinary events that engage and delight our guests, enhancing their dining experience. Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and passion for culinary arts. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of culinary experience, preferably in a leadership role within a high-paced, dynamic restaurant environment. Culinary degree or equivalent work experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of diverse cuisines and cooking techniques. Proven track record of creativity in menu development and a commitment to excellence in food quality and presentation. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment. Availability to work 50 hours per week, including nights and weekends, reflecting the dynamic nature of the restaurant industry. Nashville Local candidates.
