You will primarily engage with stable, low-acuity adults seeking assistance for a variety of mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Active, state-issued mental health counseling license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) allowing for independent practice.

• No disciplinary actions or limitations on your counseling license.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor, essential for establishing trust and rapport with clients.

• Proficiency in computer skills, with reliable access to a webcam and audio for virtual sessions.

• Stable internet connection to ensure seamless communication with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience as a licensed mental health counselor is required, individuals with exceptional interpersonal skills and experience in virtual counseling are encouraged to apply. Candidates who have previously treated low-acuity clients will have a distinct advantage in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year based on experience and working hours. In addition to financial compensation, we offer a sign-on bonus and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors.
