Workday Learning consultant

Workday Learning Lead Our client is a Big 4 Consulting firm. They are leading Workday implementation and have a hole on their team. They lack a Learning Lead for the Design phase. This would require a senior resource who not only has deep skills with Workday Learning, but someone who also has the ability to be a strategic advisor. The major need is for someone to create a roadmap for transitioning from Cornerstone to Workday Learning.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Workday functionalities.Advise on best practices with war stories to supportCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.Guide the client to decisionsDesign, configure, and implement Workday solutions to meet business needs.Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of Workday systems.Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of Workday systems with other business applications.Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday technologies and industry best practices.Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm's respectful and courteous work environment.QualificationsWorkday Learning certification.Ability to assess and validate the client's current use of Workday Learning and define future-state requirements.Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to advise on leading practices and Workday Learning implementation approaches used by other organizations.Proven experience as a Workday Business System Analyst or in a similar role.Minimum of 5 years' experience. In-depth knowledge of Workday Learning modules.Strong Consulting backgroundStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.#LI-MB3 #Remote #Tech
