Description: The facility is a 95-bed hospital with various services. Services include Bariatrics, Family Medicine, Inpatient Rehab, Internal Medicine, Lab, Counseling Center, Occupational Health, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Surgery, and Urgent Care. The area is known for its aquatic playground and the convergence of major rivers. It boasts a vibrant athletic scene, including multiple soccer and softball fields, baseball facilities, and trails overlooking the river. The patient population includes adults, geriatrics, and those in rehabilitation. The unit consists of 10 beds with a patient ratio of 5:1. Equipment includes an Omnicell system, and the electronic health record is Meditech. The role requires teamwork and collaboration among staff members. Preferred experience includes rehabilitation, particularly with documentation and GG scoring.
