Current Career Opportunities PRISM Vision Group has retina physician opportunities available with both The Retina Group of Washington (RGW) and NJRetina (NJR). We are seeking growth-minded vitreoretinal specialists – surgeons or medical retina practitioners -- to help nurture our mission to deliver high quality and compassionate vitreoretinal care to the very robust New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and Washington D.C. eyecare communities. Both RGW and NJR are nationally recognized retina practices with a history of excellent patient care and the ability to attract the most qualified physicians to collaborate in running a highly renowned and efficient practice, all while striking the optimal balance between work and personal life.
