Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - $5,000.00 SIGN-ON Bonus - PT Evening

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Part Time, Evening Sign‑on bonus: $5,000.00 Roles and Responsibilities Administers medications and treatments under the supervision of a Registered Professional Nurse in accordance with Facility Policy. Collects vital signs (respiration, temperature, blood pressure, heart rate) and reports changes in patient condition. Practices ethically and professionally within scope and advocates for patients. Maintains clinical competence specific to their care area and completes required education within the stated timeframe. Co‑ordinates care with interdisciplinary team. Documents appropriately and thoroughly in EMR/Point Click Care. Keeps nursing personnel and responsible RN informed regarding changes in patient condition or other pertinent observations. Participates in unit councils and staff meetings. Weekend rotation required. Required Skills and Experience Graduate of a Nursing Program. Current NYS LPN License. CPR/BLS certification. Preferred Skills and Experience Prior patient care and customer service experience. Physical Requirements May require lifting (up to 50 lbs.) and may require extended sitting or standing. Must be able to physically operate required equipment. Location and Travel Requirements Onsite. Pay Range Disclosure $24.04 to $32.21 per hour.
