Mortgage Branch Leader & Top Producer

PRMI is seeking a Producing Branch Manager - Mortgage (Loan Officer to Leader) in Irving, TX. You will keep originating while leading a branch, with processing, underwriting and back-office support supplied, so you can focus on production, recruiting and coaching.
You will earn based on personal production and branch profitability, with a base salary set from your production history and a sign-on bonus. The role emphasizes leadership without desk-bound operations.
