Collaborating across functions, the team develops engagement strategies to enhance seller participation and builds strong partnerships with internal stakeholders. Using data-driven insights, it monitors key business metrics and supports high-volume sellers. Leading a team of associates, the group fosters continuous improvement and operational efficiency to meet business goals and strengthen marketplace impact.
