Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A pharmacy technician position is available in Rome, GA, on a per diem basis. This role involves accurately distributing medications prescribed by healthcare providers and providing customers with clear, helpful information regarding their medication use. Delivering excellent customer service is a key focus in this position.

Schedule:

• Tuesday, July 21, 2026, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (9 hours)
• Wednesday, July 22, 2026, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (9 hours)
• Thursday, July 23, 2026, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (9 hours)
• Friday, July 24, 2026, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (9 hours)

Responsibilities:

• Distribute medications per physician and other healthcare practitioner prescriptions
• Provide customers with accurate information about medication usage
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Georgia pharmacy technician license
• Experience in retail and/or long-term care pharmacy settings preferred
• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) is a plus
