Contract | 13+ Weeks | Days | 4x10s, 8:30AM–7:00PM (start times may vary); occasional 6:30AM–5:30PM shifts possible

Key Responsibilities

• Perform circulating RN duties across a high-volume operating room environment serving outpatient and inpatient populations of all ages and specialties
• Support surgical cases including total joints, robotic (Da Vinci), urology, gynecology, spine procedures (OLIF/TLIF, ACDF, Microdisc), and arthroscopy
• Demonstrate strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills throughout the perioperative process
• Participate in on-call responsibilities approximately 8 times per 6-week period with a 30-minute call-back requirement; call begins at the end of your shift
• Fulfill weekend and holiday call obligations as needed, which may include up to 4 days of weekend call per rotation
• Document patient care accurately; Epic experience preferred, training available

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Indiana or compact equivalent
• Experience as a circulating OR nurse in an operating room setting
• Ability and willingness to take call as scheduled
• Must live at least 40 miles from the facility to be eligible
• COVID-19 vaccine not currently required (subject to change)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a circulating OR nurse with call experience
• Previous travel nursing experience
• Proficiency with Epic EMR
• Strong skillset in total joints, robotic surgery, urology, gynecology, and spine procedures
