Key Highlights Weekly pay: $1,829–$1,895 per week Guaranteed hours: 36 per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: 3×12‑hour nights (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) Start date: 07/27/2026 Schedule: Every other weekend Responsibilities Monitor patients with telemetry and advanced monitoring equipment; track vital signs and critical metrics Perform regular assessments, recognize subtle changes in condition, and initiate interventions as needed Administer complex medications, IV therapies, and titrate drips as ordered Provide specialized care for postoperative and cardiac patients, ventilator patients, and neuro checks as needed Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other team members to implement care plans Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions Document nursing care and patient responses accurately and timely Requirements Active Michigan RN license BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications Minimum 2 years RN Stepdown/Progressive Care experience Telemetry monitoring experience Cerner EMR experience Ability to work the 7:00 PM–7:30 AM night shift in a hospital setting Benefits and Support Guaranteed hours: 36 per week 13‑week contract with potential extension Every other weekend rotation Travel assignment support from Healthforce Healthcare LLC #J-18808-Ljbffr
