• Foundational hire to help design and lead a new dedicated Surgical ICU division
• Full-time, hospital-employed position with highly integrated surgical and critical care teams
• Mixed clinical role: SICU intensivist coverage, scheduled OR time, trauma/ACS blocks, and clinic
• Reasonable call structure with dedicated overnight APP support for trauma and ACS call
• Academic affiliation with teaching and research opportunities available
• Meaningful program leadership through Trauma Committee and Peer Review involvement
• Board-certified or board-eligible candidates welcome; new graduates considered
• Located in northwest Indiana, approximately 90 minutes from Chicago
