The opportunity We currently have an opportunity for a Finance Manager to join our Finance team based in our Plymouth, MN offices on a hybrid schedule. This role is responsible for providing strategic recommendations for the US Finance division, driving the annual US and Global Specialty Lines planning processes, analyzing regular financial results, responding to ad‑hoc requests, and assisting with M&A and due diligence. Coordinating the annual US and GSL financial planning processes, including analyzing planning information and making recommendations. Preparing strategic and long‑term forecasted financial statements. Analyzing potential mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, modeling the impact on financial statements and ratings, and conducting associated due diligence activities. Managing staff development, including training, technical guidance, performance evaluation, and direction regarding policies and procedures. Coordinating and executing various special projects for executive and business senior leadership. The expertise you bring Bachelor’s degree. Post‑graduate may be required. Progress toward financial certification such as CPCU, CFA, CIA, ACAS or CPA designation, or progress toward is also sufficient, along with public accounting experience. 6‑10 years of related experience, with 3‑5 years in a senior or management role. Salary ranges are determined by many factors including location, role, experience and skillset. The typical base salary range for this position is $123,000 – $159,000. For candidates located in San Francisco, CA; Washington DC; Massachusetts; and the NewYork City metro area, the base salary is $139,000 – $163,000.
