We invite you to join our team!Location: 370 Portland Avenue, Yarmouth, Maine, 04096What You'll Do*We pay you full time to complete our course, and then promote you to CNA when you receive your license*Next class starts 9/14/2026As a Nursing Assistant Trainee, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship to develop essential skills in providing care to our residents. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn under the guidance of experienced healthcare professionals. You will attend class, lab instruction and clinical experiences to prepare for the Certified Nursing Assistant exam.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage in training programs to gain knowledge of healthcare protocols and proceduresLearn and apply fundamental nursing skills under supervisionAssist nursing staff in providing daily care to residentsSupport residents with activities of daily living, including bathing and groomingCollaborate with the care team to ensure the well-being of residentsRequirementsMust be able to commit to a full time course, (Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm) for 4 weeks.Must have excellent attendance, reliable transportation, be consistently dependable.Unit aides start at $17.50 an hour / Then after completion promoted to CNA, and pay is $22 an hour (base).
