Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Night Youth Care Worker at Daytona Juvenile Residential Facility in Daytona Beach, Florida. We are located just 15 minutes away from both the Daytona Speedway and the famous Daytona Beach. If you are working our schedule of 4 days on and 3 days off, you will have time to enjoy that famous beach.Compensation starts at: $19Perks & Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision and company paid Life Insurance within 90 days (about 3 months), Paid Time Off that starts accruing on day one and can be used as soon as it is accrued, 401k match of up to 6% after 1 year of employment, and much more!What you will do: As a Night Youth Care Worker, you will provide safety and around-the-clock supervision for the youth in our program and provide an atmosphere that is supportive of the needs of the students. You will monitor and document student behaviors and activities, participate and assist with educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities, and work in collaboration with other professional staff to establish and/or meet the goals of each student's treatment.To be considered you should: Have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 21 years of age, have at least 1 year of equivalent experience, possess a current State Driver's license and have acceptable driving for the past three years, and be able to pass a criminal background check.Schedule/hours/shifts: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 4 nights on and 3 nights off working A-shift Sun –Wed or B Shift Wed – Sat.Apply today and Make a Difference in the Lives of Youth!After 40 years of improving the lives of youth, we are looking for passionate advocates to continue the legacy of helping young people become successful adults.
