Job Title

What You Can Expect :

You are responsible for the timely and accurate billing of our transport services in the field of chemical and FTL logistics, keeping an eye on quantities, prices, and conditions.

You check transport data, freight papers, receipts, and relevant documents for completeness and plausibility, and resolve inconsistencies directly with the relevant departments.

You ensure that agreed prices, surcharges, and special services are correctly considered and billed.

You are an important interface between dispatch, billing, customers, and other internal contacts, ensuring that open questions are quickly and solution-orientedly resolved.

You support the continuous improvement of billing processes, recognize optimization potential, and actively contribute your ideas for efficient and digital procedures.

What You Bring:

You have successfully completed a commercial education and ideally already have experience in billing, clerical work, or in the commercial field.

You work carefully, structured, and reliably and enjoy keeping an overview even with many individual processes.

You are number-oriented and have a good understanding of commercial relationships. Experience in forwarding or logistics is a plus.

Excel and MS Office are part of your daily work routine. You can safely handle, check, and evaluate data and enjoy getting to know new systems and digital tools.

You communicate clearly and bindingly, work willingly with different interfaces together, and approach tasks independently and solution-oriented.
