Full Time X-Ray Technologist - Rockaway, NJ Urgent Care

Position: Radiologic Technologist Reports to: Practice Operations Manager Summary: We are seeking full time X-Ray Technologists to serve a busy Urgent Care center in Rockaway, NJ. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare patients for x-rays following established procedures for patient care and safety Exercise professional judgment and provide patient care essential to the radiology procedures Obtain quality diagnostic radiographs as requested by providers, including orthopedic images Triage patients, and provide basic point of care testing after training Assist other staff members (Certified Medical Assistants, Medical Office Associates, Providers) as needed Must be available to work evenings and weekends All other duties as assigned by Practice Operations Manager or Practice Administrator Requirements Experience: Ability to maintain effective and organized systems to ensure timely patient flow Knowledge of medical terminology Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette Diligent maintenance of QC records Certifications: Diagnostic Radiography license with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) BLS through the American Heart Association #J-18808-Ljbffr Immediate Care Walk-In Management LLC
