RECEPTIONIST
Luxury appliance and hearth dealer in Southington seeking entry level Front Desk Receptionist for our retail office. Full-time position available, 9:00am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday (35hours) or with additional Saturday 11:00am- 4:30pm (40hours).
Responsibilities:
- Answer telephones and direct calls to appropriate associate. Take messages when associate is unavailable
- Answer and direct emails
- Greet and direct visitors
- Make outbound confirmation calls.
- Collect customer payments via telephone and in person
- Provide callers with information such as company address, company website and other related information
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Assist in ordering of office supplies

Work Schedule:

Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma required
Job Type: Full-Time (35-40 hours/week)
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour depending on experience.
