Location and Employment Type Location: Holton Manor – Elkhorn, WI (on-site position) Status: Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN Schedule: Days | PMs | NOCs | Weekends – True Flexible scheduling – you choose what fits your schedule Job Summary The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will provide patient/resident care as required under the direct supervision of the licensed nurse. The CNA at Holton Manor completes assigned tasks to ensure timely, efficient and safe patient/resident care. Communication and interactions with patients, residents, families and other health team members is an essential component of this position. Compensation and Benefits CNAbase hourly wage: $19.00 – $22.28 per hour depending on experience. PLUS shift differentials – $2.00 per hour PM shift and $2.50 per hour NOC shift. Referral bonuses, employee discounts, early wage access. *Benefits vary by employment status (Full-time, Part-time, PRN)* Key Responsibilities Performs initial and ongoing data collection on all patients/residents under the direction of the Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse. Implements plan of care developed by the Registered Nurse based on patient/resident physical, psychosocial, cultural, ethnic and religious/spiritual needs. Provides direct patient/resident care and reports condition and changes to RN or LPN. Demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks. Document results of patient/resident care within established policies, procedures and scope of practice. Provides nutritional care. Effective communication with residents and family. Completes all other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required: Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity. Ability to meet physical and job-related requirements. Must be English literate and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred: Previous hospital or long-term care or skilled nursing experience. CPR Certified.
