Production Associate – $20+/hr + Growth

Looking for a hands-on job with a 3-day weekend every week? We're hiring Production Associates to support manufacturing, machine operation, inspection, packaging, and warehouse functions in a clean production environment. This is a great fit for candidates with production, assembly, machine operator, warehouse, or general labor experience.

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Set up machines and make basic adjustments
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Package finished products for shipment
• Read work instructions, measurements, and basic blueprints
• Use hand tools, calipers, and measuring devices
• Perform basic troubleshooting and equipment checks
• Cross-train in multiple departments as needed

• 1+ year of manufacturing, production, or machine operator experience
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to read basic blueprints and work instructions
• Strong attendance and communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

• Machine operating experience
• Assembly or production experience
• Packaging or inspection experience
• Warehouse experience
• ERP system experience
• Experience using hand tools or measuring tools

• $20+/hr starting pay with advancement opportunities

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cedar Rapids, IA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
