Quality Inspector

Pay: Up to $27.00/hr + $2.25/hr Shift Differential Are you a precision-minded Quality Inspector looking to make a direct impact in medical device manufacturing? We are hiring dedicated Quality Control professionals to support high-growth production using state-of-the-art tools and equipment. What You’ll Do Inspection Execution: Perform receiving, in-process, and final dimensional inspections on precision parts using calipers, micrometers, height stands, pin gauges, tensile testing, and optical comparators. Quality & Compliance: Support Non-Conformance (NC) processes and Material Review Board (MRB) activities through our ERP system to maintain ISO 13485 standards. Floor Collaboration: Work directly with shift production supervisors and floor operators to communicate findings and explain Visual Inspection Criteria (VIC). Data Management: Record and maintain accurate inspection metrics using Excel and quality tracking systems. What We’re Looking For Experience: 1–3 years of dimensional inspection experience in a manufacturing environment. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in reading blueprints, understanding GD&T, basic shop math, unit conversions (English/Metric), and using mechanical measuring hand tools. Education: High School Diploma or GED. Preferred Qualifications Experience operating CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) equipment. Background in plastics, silicone, or injection molding manufacturing processes. Exposure to medical device manufacturing and ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 quality frameworks. #J-18808-Ljbffr
