The main focus of the position is on providing superior outpatient rehabilitation services through a collaborative care model with our physicians in order to optimize performance and enhance the quality of function for our patients.ResponsibilitiesExceptional patient careInterprets physician orders, performs initial evaluations and establishes treatment plans and functional goalsResponsible for upgrading and amending the treatment goals as necessary during the episode of careWritten documentation on patient status to physicians per compliance guidelines of IBJI rehabDetermine appropriate discharge timeline and appropriate follow upSupervision of Rehabilitation Technicians with patient care and administrative staff as neededCompliance with daily paperwork.
