PM Line Cook
Rocky's Burgers, Franks & Fries is hiring friendly and energetic Team Members to join our crew in Minot, ND. This role is an essential part of our daily operations and offers a chance to be part of a fast-paced, supportive, and community-focused environment. Whether you're working the grill, taking orders at the counter, preparing food in the kitchen, or keeping the dining area clean and welcoming, you will play a key role in delivering the quality, consistency, and hospitality Rocky's is known for. Founded by Mike Sartwell and named after his childhood nickname, Rocky's is a family-run local favorite serving fresh, never-frozen steak burgers, Bronx-style all-beef franks, homemade chili, hand-cut fries, and hand-spun shakes. Our menu is built on quality ingredients and classic comfort food prepared with care. We offer dine-in, drive-thru, online ordering, and delivery-always with speed, quality, and heart. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items to Rocky's quality standards
- Provide friendly and efficient service to every guest
- Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas
- Assist with inventory, restocking, and cash handling
- Work as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support fellow team members and communicate effectively during busy periods
