About the Position

Job Title: Acute Care Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Physical Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in acute care settings required. Previous charge experience not applicable. License: Valid state license required; a temporary license is acceptable if a valid license is held in any state. Certifications: BSN preferred. EPIC charting experience required. Must-Have: Must have acute care experience. Locals accepted at the same base rate. Candidates will float within their scope as needed. Background checks will be conducted. Description: Seeking an acute care physical therapist. The primary responsibility is to provide physical therapy services to inpatient and outpatient populations. The therapist will work on improving patient mobility and functionality. Interdisciplinary support is available. Days worked will be Monday through Friday. Candidates must adhere to any relevant policies regarding natural nails and fingerprinting. All candidates must complete assigned modules as part of the orientation process. Completion of modules is required within the designated timeframe. Time off will not be granted during the first week of the assignment. A review of background information will be conducted, and candidates cannot start with results pending.
