Business Analyst

Problem Solving : Work with clients to identify key challenges within their banking operations and propose solutions to enhance performance, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with senior consultants, banking executives, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of strategies with client objectives and regulatory requirements. Regulatory Compliance : Stay informed about regulatory changes and compliance requirements affecting the banking industry, ensuring that proposed strategies align with legal and industry standards. Presentation of Findings : Develop and deliver clear, impactful presentations and reports to communicate findings, recommendations, and strategic plans to clients and internal stakeholders. Qualifications: Banking Industry Experience : 3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting or business analysis within the banking sector, with a strong understanding of banking operations, regulations, and market dynamics. Analytical Skills : Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide strategic insights. Financial Analysis : Proficiency in analyzing financial statements, performance metrics, and market data specific to the banking industry. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and compelling manner. Collaboration : Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including senior executives, consultants, and stakeholders. Tools & Technologies : Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), with experience using financial modeling techniques. Project Management : Basic understanding of project management principles and experience in managing project timelines and deliverables. Preferred: Experience with digital banking solutions , such as online banking platforms, mobile apps, or fintech innovations. Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management practices specific to banking (e.g., Basel III, GDPR). Familiarity with Agile or Lean methodologies.
