QA/Test Engineer

Please provide 2 references, client is requiring. Candidate has to work in pacific time zone. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for data pipelines and Tableau dashboards. Review user stories and acceptance criteria to develop comprehensive testing strategies. Validate dashboard functionality, data accuracy, and KPI calculations. Identify, document, and track defects through resolution. Perform functional, regression, integration, and data validation testing. Monitor for data anomalies and ensure reporting outputs meet business expectations. Collaborate closely with developers, Business Analysts, and BI Engineers throughout Agile sprints. Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and testing activities. Requirements 5+ years experience as a QA/Test Engineer supporting data or analytics projects. Must have Experience supporting Workers' Compensation systems, claims, or business operations. Experience testing Tableau dashboards or other BI tools and reporting solutions. Familiarity with Data testing. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strongly Preferred/Will be prioritized over other candidates: Experience supporting enterprise data warehouse, data lake, or analytics initiatives. Familiarity with AWS cloud environments.
