Come be a part of a team where we are IN IT TOGETHER!Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm (Temporary position: 3-4 months projected)Responsibilities:Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priorityTurning and making units ready in between tenant occupancyCompleting repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVACAssist in preventative maintenance as assignedExterior structural maintenance as neededAssist in property grounds maintenance and snow removal as neededRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent1+ year experience in the maintenance field preferredBasic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry experienceLight plumbing and electrical experienceHVAC experience and EPA Universal certification a plusWorking knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryersAbility to physically demonstrate basic job duties (completed during interview process)Benefits and Compensation (for full-time employees):Competitive pay (Up to $23 hourly!)Quarterly Bonuses!Tuition reimbursement programPower tool and Tool reimbursement programPaid Time OffHoliday Paid Time OffMedical, Dental and Vision InsuranceLife and Disability InsuranceHousing DiscountsA maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position.
