Compensation for this position will be dirtied based on a combination of factors, including education, professional certifications, relevant experience, and other job-related considerations permitted by law.Role OverviewThe Ashtabula HNU Operations role supports safe, efficient, and high‑quality manufacturing by operating and maintaining production processes within established standards. This position plays a critical role in ensuring operational reliability through equipment monitoring, data collection, and adherence to procedures. Operators contribute to continuous improvement by proactively identifying issues, supporting process changes, and promoting a strong safety culture. The role requires hands‑on execution, attention to detail, and collaboration within production teams.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate, monitor, and maintain assigned production equipment in accordance with approved procedures and safety requirementsAdjust operating conditions within defined limits to meet performance, quality, and throughput standardsCollect, document, and verify process data, samples, and observations as required by operating instructionsIdentify, report, and escalate equipment, process, safety, or environmental issues in a timely mannerPerform general production and area support tasks, including equipment cleaning, material handling, and team participationRequired Qualifications0–3 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial operations environmentAbility to safely perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50–75 pounds and standing or walking for extended periodsAbility to follow written procedures, batch sheets, and safety requirements with consistency and accuracyPreferred QualificationsExperience operating process or chemical manufacturing equipmentForklift or pallet jack operating experience or certificationMechanical aptitude for basic equipment cleaning, teardown, or troubleshootingExperience working 12‑hour shifts or rotating schedules in a production environmentVibrantz is committed to protecting your privacy.
