We uniquely reach unengaged non-Jewish Americans, moving them to become allies through empathy-building national mass media and social advertising. We partner and convene diverse leaders and groups to create awareness and understanding, and our Command Center monitors the digital landscape 24/7 to understand where and how hate is spreading and completes national research on this topic.The Digital Design Associate will play a key role in shaping FCAS's visual identity across digital and offline channels, with a primary focus on social media and website design. This role combines creativity, technical skill, and deep understanding of platform-specific aesthetics to produce engaging, mission-driven content. The ideal candidate is a versatile designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about using design to drive awareness and action.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDigital Design & Content CreationDesign visually compelling assets for FCAS's social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) and website, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and campaign goals.Create graphics, animations, and layouts optimized for platform-specific formats and audience behaviors.Collaborate with content and community teams to translate messaging into impactful visual storytelling.Website & User Experience (UX) SupportSupport the design and maintenance of FCAS's website, including landing pages, campaign hubs, and interactive elements.Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with user experience best practices.Partner with developers and digital leads to implement updates and enhancements.Offline & Cross-Channel DesignProduce print and offline assets such as one pagers, sales collateral, and merchandise as needed.Adapt digital designs for use in presentations, reports, and other cross-functional materials.Maintain consistency across all touchpoints, reinforcing FCAS's visual identity.Collaboration & InnovationWork closely with internal teams (e.g., social, content, paid media) to ensure cohesive campaign execution.Stay current on design trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to continuously elevate creative output.Contribute to brainstorms and creative planning sessions with fresh ideas and design perspectives.Special projects and assignments as business dictatesSupervisory ResponsibilitiesThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.Skills and Qualifications2-4 years of experience in graphic design, digital media, or visual communications.Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, communication, advertising, or related disciplineProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma, and other design tools.Strong portfolio showcasing social media graphics, web design, and print materials.Understanding of platform-specific design best practices (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).Experience with basic video editing and animation tools is a plus.Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.Passion for social impact, visual storytelling, and audience engagement.Must have attention to detail and focused concentrationMust be able to make timely decisions in the context of the workflowMust possess strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and responsivenessPhysical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use handsThe employee frequently is required to talk or hearReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functionsWork EnvironmentBased in Foxboro, MassachusettsCollaborative and communal workspaceCertificates, Licenses, RegistrationsN/AOther DutiesPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
