Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:
- Valid state teaching certification in Special Education
- Demonstrated experience as a Special Education Teacher in a K-12 setting
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and compliance requirements
- Ability to adapt instruction to meet individual learner needs
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized instruction to students with diverse learning abilities in accordance with their IEPs
- Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and families to develop tailored educational plans
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Provide a supportive, structured classroom environment conducive to learning
- Participate in professional development and faculty meetings to stay updated on best practices
- Foster an inclusive classroom culture that nurtures growth and confidence
