We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee multiple AI scaling projects and drive our AI initiatives to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage multiple AI scaling projects from inception to completion.
• Conduct AI Maturity Assessments to evaluate and enhance AI capabilities within the organization.
• Integrate AI solutions to streamline operations and boost workplace productivity.
• Develop and implement strategies for skill development in AI technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources.
• Employ Azure DevOps (ADO) for effective project management and tracking.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, specifically with AI projects.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is required.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Proficiency in using Azure DevOps (ADO) for project management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
