Managing Director (Fully Remote)

• Serve as the operational bridge between local market needs and internal teams, identifying product improvements and validating new features.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer journeys and funnels, analyzing KPIs to drive conversion, retention, and lifetime value.
• Take full ownership of the Cape Town office, building and leading the team as the market grows.
• Ensure alignment with company strategy while adapting execution to local market needs.

Operational Focus:

• Monitor business performance using dashboards and large datasets, providing data-driven recommendations.
• Develop expertise in payment ecosystems, fraud prevention, and risk management, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years leading operations in high-growth digital businesses (fintech, SaaS, marketplaces, e-commerce, or travel).
• Strong analytical skills with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or QuickSight; SQL is a plus.
