What You’ll Do Provide Hands-On Care: Conduct exams at individuals’ homes or workplaces. Take basic vitals, record medical histories, and perform venipunctures, urine collections, and EKGs as applicable. Manage Specimens with Precision: Accurately label, centrifuge, split, and package specimens for safe, timely transport. Be a Mobile Ambassador: Travel locally to meet clients where they are, ensuring a flexible schedule while maintaining top-tier customer service. Stay Tech-Connected: Utilize company technology to confirm appointments, status cases, and upload completed exams to our portal within 24–48 hours. Keep Things Running Smoothly: Assist with inventory, maintain clean workspaces, dispatch calls, and occasionally mentor new team members. Qualifications & Skills To thrive in this role, you should be a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional who values compliance, adaptability, independence, and customer satisfaction. Required Education & Experience High School Diploma or Equivalent. Active Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant certification—based on state requirements. Minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy experience, including at least 100 documented successful blood draws. Experience with pediatric and geriatric patients, urine, and EKG administration. Must have internet access, computer, and printer. Mobility & Transportation Requirements Valid driver’s license with a minimum of 3 years driving experience. Motor Vehicle Record with no more than 2 moving violation convictions within the previous 36‑month period, with none in the most recent 12 months. Ready to hit the road with us?
