About This Role The Research RN Coordinator - Phase 1 at Mass General Brigham is responsible for providing individualized nursing care in a clinical trials research unit specializing in first-in-human, Phase 1 clinical trials. This role is ideal for experienced oncology RNs with a strong interest in research nursing. Highlights Pay: $41.72 - $105.65/Hourly Location: Boston, MA Facility: The General Hospital Corporation Department/Unit: Clinical Trials Research Unit Schedule: Full-Time, Day shift What You'll Do Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records. Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects. Record patients' medical information and vital signs. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans. Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.
