Job Description

We are seeking a reliable CDL Driver to join our team, specializing in long-haul, over-the-road (OTR) routes. The ideal candidate will have strong route navigation skills and a solid commitment to DOT compliance, maintaining vehicle safety and timely deliveries. This role requires both independent work and teamwork to ensure efficient and effective transport services on a weekly travel schedule.

Responsibilities

Operate commercial vehicles on long-haul routes with a focus on safety and efficiency
Navigate routes to meet delivery schedules on a weekly basis
Maintain compliance with all DOT regulations and safety standards
Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance to ensure roadworthiness
Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and delivery expectations
Communicate effectively with team members and customers during deliveries
Provide excellent customer service and represent the company positively on the road

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year commercial driving experience
Valid CDL Class A license
Experience with commercial vehicle operation and route navigation
Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements
Ability to perform vehicle maintenance checks
Strong time management and communication skills
Proven customer service ability
