You'll work closely with Plant Managers and functional leaders to improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and capacity while supporting future growth.This role supports operations in Spring Grove, IL, Franklin Park, IL, and Clinton, WI, and may be based at any of these locations.Why This RoleThis is an opportunity to influence manufacturing performance across an entire enterprise.We're looking for a leader who can drive transformational change while maintaining a deep understanding of machining operations.
