Event Setup Crew Member Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our Event Setup Crew. This hands-on role involves preparing venues for events by setting up. Ideal candidates are physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and possess strong communication skills to work efficiently as part of a team.

Event Setup Crew Member Key Responsibilities:

Set up and take down tables, chairs, staging, and other event materials
Follow floor plans and layout instructions accurately
Ensure setup is completed in a timely and safe manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces before and after use
Communicate clearly with team members and event coordinators
Report any damages or equipment issues promptly

Event Setup Crew Member Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Reliable transportation to and from event location
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Punctual and dependable with a positive attitude
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varied schedules as needed
Must be available to start as soon as 6/26/26
