Ideal candidates are physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and possess strong communication skills to work efficiently as part of a team. Event Setup Crew Member Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and take down tables, chairs, staging, and other event materials
- Follow floor plans and layout instructions accurately
- Ensure setup is completed in a timely and safe manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces before and after use
- Communicate clearly with team members and event coordinators
- Report any damages or equipment issues promptly
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Reliable transportation to and from event location
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Punctual and dependable with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varied schedules as needed
- Must be available to start as soon as 6/26/26
