Leading the creation of visual assets for marketing campaigns, the full-time remote Lead Graphic Designer will manage the production of bold, conversion-focused visuals while collaborating with cross-functional teams and utilizing innovative design tools. Key responsibilities Lead the creation and execution of visual assets across various platforms, including marketing campaigns and digital advertising Collaborate with content, video, and performance marketing teams to optimize visual directions based on performance data Utilize AI tools to enhance ideation and production processes while maintaining brand consistency and visual excellence Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in graphic design, motion design, or creative content roles Strong portfolio demonstrating digital-first design and visual storytelling Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, and Premiere Pro Experience with AI tools for creative production and a strong sense of layout and typography Ability to execute quickly and meet tight deadlines
