Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Full-Time | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit within an acute care hospital setting
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding appropriately to changes in status
• Accurately document patient care activities and clinical findings using Meditech
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Float to other units as needed per facility floating policy
• Adhere to facility dress code, infection control, and professional conduct standards

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in the state of Texas (or compact license eligibility)
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience; 2+ years strongly preferred
• Experience in Medical Surgical or Telemetry nursing
• Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Compliance with facility appearance standards: no artificial, gel, or next-gen nails; visible piercings limited to ears; body art covered when possible; neat hair pulled back if shoulder length or longer

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 2 or more years of Med Surg / Telemetry RN experience
• Prior experience with Meditech documentation system
• Previous travel nursing experience in an acute care environment
