Must-Haves:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited Urology residency program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Urology
• Eligible for or holding an active Vermont medical license
• Eligible for hospital credentialing and privileges
• Strong surgical and clinical skills with commitment to patient-centered care

Opportunity: Join a dynamic, hospital-employed practice at a respected independent community hospital in Rutland/Killington, Vermont. This is a full-time general urology position with dedicated OR time and the ability to incorporate subspecialty interests. Work schedule is MondayFriday, 8am5pm, with a 1:4 call rotation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive general urology care in both outpatient and inpatient settings
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of urologic conditions
• Perform surgical procedures with dedicated OR time
• Collaborate with APPs and multidisciplinary teams for coordinated patient care
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Participate in quality improvement and clinical excellence initiatives
