Kindergarten English Teacher

We are looking for a Kindergarten or Nursery Teacher for a school based in Shanghai Xuhui and Pudong district. This position is available with an immediate start or August 2026. About the schoolA bilingual school, which was founded five years ago. It provides bilingual teaching to students from kindergarten to the 12th grade of elementary, middle and high school. The school follows the Chinese national curriculum and has elements from the British IGCSE and A levels curriculums to meet the academic needs of its students.Job responsibilitiesTogether with teaching assistant, support the children in their learning‐journey from Monday to Friday During this time, you will:Teach daily class activities to kindergarten students aged 2-6 as assigned by the school, creating an English learning environmentLesson planning, daily classroom management and classroom activities organizationUtilize games, music, books, art, technology and other resources to teach basic skills and foster children developmentCollaborate with other teachers, instructors, and staff members to create an optimal learning care environment, and an appropriate classroom environment that is conducive to learning.Help children meet educational milestones through personalized instruction and assess each child’s performance and progress on regular basisRequirementsBachelor’s degree or above in early childhood education or related field of study preferredAt least 2 years’ related teaching experienceExcellent English communicative skills Salary and benefitsMonthly base salary is approximately 22,000-26,000 RMB, commensurate with experience and qualificationsMonthly housing allowance of 8,000 RMBTravel subsidy of up to 10,000 RMBSummer holiday of 3 weeksWinter holiday of 2 weeksPublic holidays and 5 days of Christmas holidayHealth and medical insuranceResidence and work permit sponsored
